Working at Tensing

Within Tensing we work in teams, not because it’s the latest craze, but simply because it works. Every team has an area of expertise, and each member of that team has a niche. By concentrating knowledge and interest, new colleagues are up to speed with their team mates in no time. We also encourage our employees to continue learning outside of work by obtain certificates and visiting seminars. We’ll even appoint mentors and provide time for self study.
