We evaluate regularly. For the company as a whole, where are we? Where do we want to go to? How do we do that? That goes for the individual employee as well. Every year a Job Planning & Review appointment takes place. At this moment you discuss the past working year with your team leader and another colleague, what your personal aims are for the coming year and how you will reach that. You agree on how to reach your and the companies goals, what course to follow, which skills to develop and on which projects you would like to work on. For us it’s a structured manner to work on the quality of our people and for you it is a guarantee that all promises we make you will be looked after.
