Working at Tensing

Two terms which apply to us without a doubt and we hope this goes for you too. We take pleasure in our work and achieve success with it. Our organization is all about innovation and we constantly strive for improvement, both in our products and service and internally. We have found the only way to improve products and services is to create a space for people who develop those products and service to gather knowledge and ideas and to discuss with colleagues within and outside of the company. And it has worked!

Tensing has provided high standard solutions for years and that’s the only way you can stay a step ahead of competition and to keep up your reputation as a solid innovator. When it comes to our organization internally, we work the same way, often talking strategy and new ideas around the water cooler. Our industry changes quickly and it’s important that we are able to adapt to those changes. Each of our employees has a vested interest in the organization, when we do well, they do well. The Management Team and employees regularly consort with either through personal association, staff meetings, or over a nice cold drink after work.

Tensing has its head office in Zaltbommel. Besides that we have offices in Amsterdam and the US. We cooperate actively with partners in Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Germany. Our products are used in these countries, but also in many other (European) countries.  There's more than enough opportunities for you and us!
